On my January calendar last year I had written a health goal to walk 4 times a week. And I was writing it again on January this year! That’s the last time I will write it and not achieve it.
HOW? I am doing it differently by signing up my friend on the same “Runkeeper” App so I could email her my progress. There’s nothing like data and an Accountability Partner, Trainer, or Personal Coach to help you get there!
